Pimples, white and blackheads, cysts and even lesions form on the chest due to the sebaceous glands in this area of the body. Fortunately, there are a few tricks that can help you get rid of acne from your face and other parts of your body. If you still have pimples after the recommended treatment, you can hide them.
Chest acne treatment
Buy anti-acne soap. In the shower, use a loofah or washcloth and soap containing cucumbers, azulene or salicylic acid.
Soaps with these ingredients dry out the skin, so they help fight acne.

Avoid sweet drinks such as sodas, juices and fruit cocktails. Although this has been refuted many times, recent studies confirm that diet does have a major effect on acne, especially sugar. Sugars change the level of insulin, which stimulates certain hormones that cause pimples.
